At Gem Me Too, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure every piece meets our high standards. We do not accept returns on jewelry once it has been used or opened.
If a return is requested, it must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unopened and unused to be eligible. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Shipping
We offer USA, Africa, and Europe based shipping for all our jewelry. However, some restrictions may apply based on the destination or the nature of the item.
When placing an order, you will receive an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your selected items and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Delivery date estimates will be shown on the shipping quotes page.
Please note, the shipping rates for many items are based on the weight of the product. The weight will be clearly displayed on the item's detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping partners, all item weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.
